Meet Patrycja: Property Coordinator at Home Minders London

When Patrycja joined the Home Minders team in 2024 as Property Coordinator, little did she think she would slot into the team so well. But having worked in the estate agency sector for seven years — initially on the admin side and, for the last three years, as a Property Manager — she arrived with just the right experience, as she explains:

“I’d taken a break to look after my two children but was so pleased to find a role back in the property world where I could use my skills and knowledge — but more importantly, develop professionally. Here I am working with high-end, premium properties and alongside different members of the team, so I’m learning all the time.

“Not only that, but you never quite know what the day will throw at you or what the next challenge will be — from a routine inspection, a background check on a tenant, or a leaking washing machine!”

Patrycja also says she enjoys building relationships with her landlords and tenants: “Knowing who you’re speaking to and maintaining open lines of communication makes for easier discussions.”
