With a twenty-year background in property, working for some of the best-known estate agencies across London, Dan joined Home Minders two and a half years ago as a Property Manager. He looks after a wide portfolio of prime London properties and is focused on delivering a first-class service.

“I started my career working as an estate agent, negotiating sales and lettings across central and north London. I enjoyed the work and progressed quite rapidly to Branch Manager, and over the years, I made the move to become an Area Property Manager responsible for three branches of a premium agency. It was at this point that I got involved with property maintenance and management, which gave me the additional skills and expertise to move to Home Minders. A new challenge after Covid was just what I was looking for.”

Dan’s excellent network of contacts, along with his two decades of experience and expertise, gives him the edge, as he explains: “The benefits of having developed strong working relationships with many different agents across the prime London market are invaluable. Combined with my meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach to managing my clients’ property portfolios, this means we can optimise rental potential and take the stress out of our landlords’ lives. “The other side of the coin is looking after our tenants. That means taking care of all the legal requirements and ensuring that if there is a problem, we are only a call away. We work closely with selected local estate agents, taking on the maintenance and management of many of their lettings. Along with five-star Google reviews and personal recommendations, this helps us to grow the business.”

Dan says that despite the uncertainty of a new government and impending changes to legislation, he remains confident that the market will continue to enjoy increased activity, particularly at the top end. London rents are forecast to increase by 3–4% over the next 12 months.

Away from the office, Dan has fun with his four-year-old son and is an ardent Arsenal supporter. He lives in Southgate, so professionally and personally, he is a local!
